As a first time homebuyer from out of state, not only was I not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve in purchasing a home, but I also had no clue about the area in which we were looking. Due to one of Rosemary's listings that I saw on Zillow, I gave her a call, and I never looked back. We instantly connected on a personal level - our love for skiing drew us together. Right away Rosemary was incredibly friendly and took the time to plan out 3 different tours to find our perfect rental. Always on time, smiling, and eager to please, Rosemary won't shy away from telling you the truth about a property. When we found ourself with some pretty poor options (bad rental market), Rosemary didn't give up. A new listing came up the day after our final tour and she went into the property herself, made videos for us, and told us this was our house. We eagerly took her word for it, and it ended up being absolutely perfect. While renting, Rosemary took the time to sit down with my spouse and I to determine what would be a good fit for us in terms of a house to purchase. Over two years, she never tired of showing us houses as potentials would show up. Her connections in the area allowed us to see a few things right when they were listed which was amazing. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we went through some frustrating ups and downs with offers. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted on our dream house. I highly recommend Rosemary!
