Both of them are married and one has moved out of state. I recently became a Grandpa to a very beautiful little girl, Noa. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College and served in the Morehead City Police Department for 12 years before moving to Jacksonville. In 1995, I opened The Shepherd's Shoppe, Christian Book Store. Through the book store, I served retail customers in Jacksonville for ten years. In 2005, I discovered the joy of helping people buy a home. I sold The Shepherd's Shoppe and have since placed my full efforts in building a Real Estate business. In 2010, I sold over 7 MILLION dollars worth of property earning the Masters Diamond Award from Century 21. In order to better serve my customers, I have earned designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Professionally I served as President(2013) of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. Throughout my professional career the one common thread has always been service before self. Buyer reviewMr. Royce Bennett was a very nice man. Mr. Royce was able to show us multiple listings in our weekend visit to see the area. He also sent us listings months in advance, to help us in our selection of what we wanted and the market in the area. Once we picked a home Royce was very honest in all aspects, including his role as a dual agent, as we picked a home from their listings. Royce became a part of our family not just our realtor. From the viewpoint of being a first time buyer Mr. Royce made the experience easy and memorable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Buyer reviewPlanning is not our strong point, Royce fielded every curve we threw at him with professionalism and a smile. There were times we had to bring our grandchildren on house walk through's, Royce had no problem with that and actually occupied our grandchildren so we could get a better look, Our grandchildren have fallen in love with "MR.
