Seller reviewI would recommend Mr. Greenwell again! Although he is not as senior as some of the other staff in the office, he's a very hard and dedicated worker that works for his clients. I initiated by telling Mr. Greenwell my intentions of listing the property for 90 days and the purpose of moving forward with other options if not sold in 90 days. Mr. Greenwell respectfully accepted my terms and conditions, and we managed to get the house sold within 90 days. Mr. Greenwell met several challenges during the property listings. He managed to meet all the challenges with patients and professionalism. The challenges ranged from showing the properties to scheduling inspections and finding the answers to my difficult questions. Mr. Greenwell worked diligently to sell the property, and I look forward to working with him again.
