Seller reviewWe have worked with Ruth Killian many times over the past 30 years. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate in our area. She is very honest and provides plenty of insight on our purchases. The property was on the market for only a couple weeks when we were presented with a signed sales agreement for the full asking price, pretty impressive in todays market. Of course, i expected no less from Ruth based on all my previous dealing with her. Ruth was in contact with me frequently via emails and phone calls. Ruth always was very honest with her opinions and very accurate with those same opinions. Ruth always acts very professionally with us and the buyers. i have used Ruth as my agent through 5 or 6 real estate dealings over the past 30 years. Ruth has been in the business in this area for a long time and i highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

She was extremely sensitive to the fact that during our "house hunting" phase, we were also planning a wedding, so time was extremely important to us. She was knowledgeable about what assistance we could seek from lenders also, which was extremely helpful and made the daunting process much easier. Thank you Ruth Killian for all your help!!! We are so excited to start our married life in our perfect "family home"!!!

Ruth has a tremendous amount of energy. Ruth is personally acquainted with the homes she is showing and with the neighbors. Often knowing them on a first name basis. I had the feeling that she was very professional but that she was my personal friend. There wasn't a question that I would hesitate to ask. Ruth is as good as a qualified home inspector when it comes to showing a home. Ruth will go the second or third mile to get the paper work right. She doesn't mind if you contact her at 10 P.M. or 7 A.M. She knows the right way to present an offer. Largely due to Ruth, the entire experience went very well. I saw her influence on each step of the way!!
