I have been a Realtor for over 27 years. I became a Broker in 2015. I love helping people buy and sell their most important purchase - their home. Seller reviewRuth priced our home well and we were also able to choose from multiple offers allowing us to exceed out asking price. Negotiations were smooth and up front allowing both sides to feel satisfied and treated with fairness. This is the second time Ruth has sold and assisted us in the purchase of our next home. While I don't plan on needing her any time soon I will recommend her to others!

Buyer reviewI wanted someone who didn't just consider this business, but personal. Someone who would have my best interest at heart and who was knowledgeable about the area. Someone who wouldn't take the fastest/easiest house but make sure it was right for us. Ruth fought for us when there was miscommunication at closing, she helped me with the final walk through, and made herself available to me 24/7 I could not have asked for a better agent, who has now become a family friend. She was enjoyable to be around, as well as knowledgeable about the area and the market and houses in general. She was approachable and kind, and made me feel important. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. I'll be using Ruth for any future real estate. She's the best.
