Seller reviewMy brother and I are co-executors of my mother's estate and the Seller of this property. I live in South Florida an my brother in PA. Neither of us lived in the house for over 40 years. I took care of the process and my brother the needed repairs inspections etc. Ruthie kept both of us in the loop at all times and guided us about what needed to be done and when. Had a number of strange issues and Ruthie kept both of us timely informed and guided us through the issues and their resolution. A real trooper. Bob Wynn .
