I've been in the Real Estate business for over a decade with experience in residential sales, foreclosures, commercial sales, & property management. I've earned several top awards (Masters Emerald, Quality Service Pinnacle, etc.) based on helping my clients successfully buy or sell their homes & receiving exemplary scores on client satisfaction surveys. This is a referral based business. If I do a good job & someone is happy with the way things turned out, they'll tell their friends & family. My goal isn't to be a salesman, or just to "get the sale". That's a fast highway to failure. My goal is to help you & educate you throughout the process so you can make the best decisions. Buyer reviewAfter being unsatisfied with our first referral from the relocation company, neither us nor the relocation company were satisfied with the realtor assigned to us. The relocation company asked for someone else and we were assigned to Ryan. He really expedited the process and felt we recovered some of the time previously wasted. Miraculously we got our house on the first bid because of Ryan's strategy when he wrote our offer. This happened in a market where people have been putting several offers and still not getting any accepted. He was the determining factor. He was able to secure inspections and was responding to all requests from our bank and title company. We trust him to get the job done in a reasonable time.
