He made the process of purchasing my first house very smooth and stress free. I will definitely be recommending him to friends/family and using him again for any future reality needs.

Ryan Hawkins was nothing short of amazing! He handled everything our house hunt threw at him in a timely fashion, and with a smile! We spent almost a year looking for a home, and he stayed in contact throughout that whole time. We had attempted to purchase our first home through the Short Sale process, and during those 7 months of paperwork and waiting on our end, Ryan did everything in his power to have it go smoothly and effectively, which is no easy feat. We were full of questions, being first-time home buyers, and he always responded politely and thoroughly. If he didn't know an answer to one of our many questions, he found that answer out quickly. When we decided to walk from that home and start our search over, Ryan supported us and helped us find, not only our first home, but our forever home! To top all of this, Ryan is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely loves getting to know his clients personally, which helps him find the perfect home! Ryan Hawkins is an outstanding agent and made us few comfortable right away. Initially, we had thought we would work with multiple agents from different companies but after meeting Ryan we knew we wanted to work with him exclusively. Ryan asked questions, listened and worked with us according to what we told him. Ryan never tried to "hard sell" us on any home or try to convince us to go above what we could afford. Ryan was always available to answer questions, never made these home buying newbies feel foolish with our naive questions and was just downright fun to be around as we looked at various options. Working with Ryan Hawkins was great. I was in a bit of a time crunch to find a place, and was not very positive that it would work out. Ryan was always available and made me feel like we would find the place for me in the time I needed. We met Ryan at an open house in our very early stages of house-hunting. After only talking to him for that short time, we knew he was who we wanted to work with. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience that we had with Ryan. The entire process was fun and I believe that a lot of that had to do with our choice of agent. He was so wonderful, I recommended him to my sister and she is now working with him to find a new home. I would recommend Ryan to anyone, whether they are buying or selling. While my only experience is in the purchase of a home, I believe that Ryan puts the same dedication into the selling of a home. If/When we sell, Ryan will be my first call.
