Buyer reviewRyan was/is professional in each aspect noted above. When I first explained to Ryan what I was looking for in a Condominium he took that information and worked hard to show me every type of Condominium within my budget, (it must be noted I am an out of state buyer looking for a part time residence, my requests were demanding) Ryan took the time to research each aspect and weeded out properties I would not be interested in viewing.

Now that the process is over, we can say without a doubt, that decision was one of the best we've made. Simply put - Ryan's work as a realtor is second to none. His attention to detail and professionalism are absolutely outstanding. He was attentive to all of our needs, understood the market and area extremely well, and found us exactly what we were looking for. If we could rate higher than excellent, we most certainly would. Ryan does a wonderful job throughout all aspects of the home buying/selling process. Having never sold a home before, my wife and I were nervous as to what that process would look like. He was confident that our marketing plan would produce a quick sale which was crucial since we were going on the market the week before the holidays and moving out of state. He handled everything thoroughly, and explained items in terms we could understand. We were grateful to have him.
