My mother talked with Ryan and one other broker. She felt more comfortable with Ryan than with the other broker. She liked his marketing approach and the way he presented himself and what he would be able to do to help sell her house. Ryan went above and beyond dealing with buyer negotiations and helped us find reliable contractors for addressing inspection finds. Ryan was great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker. Ryan was great to work with. My mom was very satisfied.

Had to select someone who displayed expert knowledge, knew the area of interest, displayed human connection, empathetic to my financial and home search requirements, invested in the process. Made us feel like family. It was an exceptional experience. Knew right away we had a gem. Handle the negotiations like a professional. Again, we were treated like family. Ryan was God sent. Genuinely cared about the things I cared about and needed in a home. Needs to be more people in this business like Ryan and Jessica!

Ryan had our best interest at mind, especially when it came to negotiating. He was patient with me and my family, but he was especially patient with my parents who were very involved in the searching process. We had hoped to build and began our search for land. As I continued to learn the cost associated with building, we discovered we couldn't afford it. Trying to keep our budget low, we decided to look into major fixer upers... We soon figured out that now was not the time as we have 2 kids under 3 years old. Ryan was flexible with what we thought we wanted and had great input for us to consider as our search changed into what eventually led to the purchase of our new home. I will continue to use Ryan for selling and purchasing in the future.

Ryan is the consummate professional. He was extremely diligent and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Always available to answer questions and a fantastic communicator. As a first-time home buyer, the process seemed nerve-wracking but Ryan immediately puts you at ease. There was never a question I had he couldn't answer and was honest and forthcoming about everything. I highly recommend Ryan and I'll continue to work with him in the future!
