Sabrina helped us with buying our new home and then selling our old home in Torrance. She was really proactive in communicating with selling broker to eventually help us customize a really competitive offer, which eventually got us our home. While selling our home, Sabrina gave us detailed feedback for things to update for our open-house. She selected a really good photographer and put together really attractive listing. Sabrina conducted a very efficient and impactful open-house and got us 4+ offers in less then a week. My husband and I were randomly assigned Sabrina Castrillon when we made an appointment to view a house through Zillow.com. Sabrina was warm, kind and friendly and she discussed with us our goals and home buying expectations during that appointment. She was always reassuring when it seemed as though things were not going our way. She would say "if it is meant to be, it will work out". It did end up working out, and we truly believe it was meant for her to be our realtor. She is passionate about her career and truly loves the job.
