Buyer reviewAfter doing a search for properties on the internet, I contacted several agents. Ms. Robinson was the most personable and seemed to be the most knowledgable. She was also the most responsive and asked the right questions to ascertain my needs. My transaction was not an easy one, but Ms. Robinson negotiated all the "bumps" along the way with professionalism and grace. My purchase was a very low priced home and I know Ms. Robinson's commission wasn't very much, but I felt that she approached every aspect of the sale the same attention she would have given the transaction if it had been a multi-million dollar property. She is gracious, yet firm, and I was always certain that she was working for the very best outcome possible. I was only in the office once, but the receptionist was attentive and polite. I cannot thank Sabrina Robinson enough for her attention, even after the closing she continued to be available and responsive.
