I had to sell my mother's house quickly and as is with no hassle, yet get as much money in return to provide for her long-term care. He has an excellent reputation in the area for home selling and did not disappoint. It was critical that I sell my mother's house quickly, as is, and for the most money possible to provide for her long-term care. Sam was able to meet all those aspects. The house was sold within an hour of signing the sales agreement. Very professional, friendly, and really took the time to get to know my family. Aimee Farhat is THE BEST!! She communicated often, was very quick to respond if I had questions -- I LOVE HER! Best real estate experience I've ever had.
