Buyer reviewPersonable for sure an excellent resource person for locals ie utilities, repair persons,storage units,insurances, tax office. I feel she knocked it out of the ballpark with me!!! Once she got a feel for myself my personality and my needs she ran with it!!! She showed me quite a few properties in the area. Again, I was not familiar with the Bloomsburg area I was relocating from another state so getting a feel for what my needs were was important. Patient and professional that gal is!!! Kudos to her! I love love love my ranch home, it is just perfect for me! Sam is a great real estate person as well as a resource person, she returned everyone of my phone calls! I would recommend her absolutely!
