Having purchased several homes, through the years, my wife and I feel she did a very good job in all aspects of our purchase. Even acting beyond her contracted responsibility helping us move through a couple of sticking points between the seller/builder and our lender. We would recommend Samantha because of the attention she pays to detail, her display of a caring attitude, her knowledge, and her willingness to share that knowledge.
