Seller reviewSam Salazar was extremely helpful through all stages of our home sale. We had not sold a house in over 30 years, so we really had no knowledge of how to go about this. Sam came in and gave us great advice on how to stage our home to look its best. He used a photographer that was absolutely outstanding. In fact, our home looked so good in the pictures, we almost wanted to stay! After we accepted an offer, Sam helped us in everything we needed to do and did it calmly and with professionalism. We can highly recommend Sam Salazar for either a seller or a buyer.

Buyer reviewEverything was handled expertly. The last two times that I bought a house, my agent did not let me in on many of the details and I felt out of the loop. Sam Salazar made sure I was aware of everything going on and explained things patiently and clearly. He seemed to know what we were looking for and did a great job of finding potential homes that matched our needs. Sam is friendly and always available to talk at a moment's notice. I "pestered" him at all times during the day and night, but he always returned my calls promptly and was completely polite, kind, and patient. He is also very knowledgeable about the business, knows the city very well, and had lots of helpful advice. He also went beyond the call of duty. I was making the purchase from out of town, and Sam would do a lot of the legwork for me. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Sam. I could not imagine a better real estate agent than Sam. 10-star, A+, bravo!

Seller reviewSelling a home is one of the most intimidating things you can do as an adult, especially for the first time. Samuel Salazar made every step of the way as easy as possible and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional even when I asked him the same questions ten times. I am so grateful for the way he handled and explained everything step by step and I never felt lost or hopeless. Sam is a stand up guy and amazing realtor!
