Seller reviewWe were in a situation that needed special attention and Sandy handled it and us perfectly. We were retiring but not necessarily adhearing to a timeline meaning there was a lot to juggle to make everything come together when we did sell our house. Fist of all, we bought a house in South Carolina where we decided to retire, then I retired, then we proceeded to sell our Wisconsin home. While all this was happening, our daughter gave birth to our first grandchild. A lot of emotions, financial decisions, downsizing, leaving our friends and neighbors of 21 years was swirling around and making us a bit crazy to deal with at times...Sandy handled each and every question quickly and professionally and with great insight, knowledge and expertise. She reassurred us and was constantly in touch with us all along the way (which is what we needed). We would work with her again in a heartbeat! We will refer her if and when anyone in the area is asking us for a referral.
