Not living locally, I relied on referrals from my brother-in-law who is a realtor. He provided two names and we interviewed both but Sandra won hands down. Unlike the other, she truly new the area - the schools, the neighborhood, other homes currently on the market - and went out of her way to anticipate - and then solve- our needs. Sandra was always available and stepped in on several occasions when problems developed - identifying causes and arranging solutions. For example, after one storm, the basement was flooded - she helped to arrange cleaning and then, when we identified the issue (i.e., the landscaping company had broken two window well covers, allowing rain into the basement, she worked with the landscaper to ensure that they were replaced without charge. And, as earlier noted, she continued caring for the property for 5 months longer than anticipated. Sandra's performance far exceeded expectations and I have already recommended her to several neighbors in the area. Even before listing the property, Sandra was invaluable in identifying contractors, cleaners and landscapers - and then personally oversaw the progress (sinec I am out of state living in VA). Once repairs were completed, with Sandra's help, we had 14 offerings after the initial weekend, including two cash offers. We chose one and hoped to settle by April 15 (less than one month after listing). Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, there was a 30 year old issue wrt the title due to an inept legal advisor. Sandra worked with us - identifying an attorney to assist in resolving these issues as well as normal closing considerations and then worked with us for an additional 5 months to repeatedly renew the contract, oversee landscaping and generally checking on the now vacant property before we finally settled on September 27. She exceeded all expectations in terms of her efficiency, thoroughness, and ongoing professionalism and cheerfulness. My only exposure was to Sandra - she addressed all of our needs personally

Sandra Ragonese has helped me sell two houses, both for over the asking price. In each case she went above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent advice and support. She is extremely knowledgeable and actively researches new and challenging situations, providing the best information possible.
