We love how great of a communicator she is and how dedicated she is to finding us what we need. We prefer to move quick with our house hunt so we need someone who is on top of it and Sandie always delivers!

She was sympathetic, understanding, and I always felt like I had a cheerleader on our side hoping and negotiating for the best possible outcome for my brother and I. Sandie explained things to me that I didn't necessarily understand, she was patient yet persistent in keeping things moving in the right direction. She is extremely organized, professional and always got back to me in a very timely manner. I appreciated her always including my brother and always consulting with me before making decisions. I would 110% use Sandie again, should I ever sell or purchase a home. She ROCKS!

We chose her because she knew the area that we were interested in buying, her quick availability to show us homes at a moments notice (which is needed in this market), and the fact that she knows about the emotional part of leaving a home after 18 years. My husband and I knew that she would take all of this into consideration. It was a fantastic experience. She was on top of it!!!
