Any feedfback, praise or recommendation I could give for working with Sandy Tams would pale in comparison to what she actually provided during the entire real estate sale process. If you read this review and think it is too effusive or over the top positive, trust me it is just the facts. First thngs first. Sandy is a Professional/Veteran/Expert with a track record of performance. She checks all the boxes for success: deep understanding of the local market, Local Connections, organized, returns calls, calls you to remind you when you need to do something etc. However, what stands out the most about Sandy Tams is the level to which she went above and beyond the normal/standard/average expectation I had from a real estate agent. My last surviving parent passed away and we needed to sell their Florida house. I spent as much time as I could allocate to getting the house ready for sale before heading home to the Northeast. After that point Sandy single handedly carried the sale across the goal line. She had the house cleaned, went onsite multiple times to allow access for the removal of items for donation, identified several appliances that needed repair or replacement, improved the Staging look and feel of the house, and found a buyer who was willing to keep certain items and quickly close. But there is more! Most impressively is that she was able to find a buyer for my parent's car, and navigated the legal process, which required multiple trips to the DMV, and many documents to complete the sale. To those who are considering Sandy Tams for their Real Estate Agent, I hope this review was helpful, and I hope your sale process is less complicated than mine was. But in any event, you can be assured that Sandy will be ready, willing and able to assist you through your journey. She is truly a rock star and most importantly a kind and compassionate person who enjoys helping others.

My family dealt with Sandy Tams when we bought in Kings Point. She was very patient and showed us many homes in kings Point. Sandy always kept in touch throughout the years and now and then I would contact her with questions. When I decided to sell Sandy was my number one choice.
