Sara is very knowledgeable about how to market a home and get it sold fast for the highest price possible. When deciding on a starting list price, she showed us other comparable homes in the neighborhood and explained how she would be able to justify a higher price for my home. Before putting it on the market, Sara spent a lot of time arranging for inexpensive touch-ups that really paid off. By the time the house was listed, it looked amazing, and the professional photography was excellent. We had a lot of showings right away, and a strong offer within the first week. Sara researched and made sure the buyer's financing was solid before we accepted the offer. She handled all the paperwork, met with all the inspectors, vendors, etc. She gave the appraiser her thorough analysis to justify the price, and stayed in communication with me, keeping me informed every step of the way.
