I love living and selling homes in Upstate South Carolina! I started selling real estate over 25 years ago and worked with a wonderful real estate company for over 15 years. After that, I took some time off to raise children all over again… whew! I also took care of my beautiful mother who had Alzheimer's for almost 5 years. I've been married for 12 years and have three daughters and one son ages 25, 20, 9, and 8! I always said when my youngest went to school, I would get back to my passion which is Real Estate, and I have enjoyed being back ever since! I love working with people and helping them with their home buying or selling needs! My customers and clients are very important to me and I consider them like family. My main goal is to do all I can to ensure that my clients and customers are completely satisfied with their experience and with their end result! Because of this, I am proud to be an annual recipient of Century 21's Quality Service Award which is an award for agents that demonstrate excellent customer service to their clients. Thank goodness our attorney connected us with Sara. Sara was incredible every step of the way. She helped us maneuver through the legalities of selling a property in probate, all the while displaying a high level of professionalism and demonstrating genuine care for us as clients. Not to mention her positivity and patience as we navigated any challenges. Her knowledge of the local market and expertise brought multiple offers the first day of our listing. She even sold the home above the asking price. I do not live in the area, but if I did I would not hesitate to work with Sara again.
