Thank you for taking your time to learn a little about me. If the shoe was on the other foot and I was looking to sell my home or purchase, I would want to know a little about the person that I am hiring too. We may be spending a lot of time together! I am a native of this beautiful Driftless Coulee Region area. I grew up around the La Crosse area in the country and spent a short time around Winona, Mn. The beauty of the coulee region area, friendly people of our communities and the ability to do many diverse activities; I cannot see myself living anywhere else. My husband and I have 1 son, Colton. We have horses, 1 mini-donkey and of course the family dog. I'm a country gal and I love to ride horses, garden, kayak, cross country ski, fish with my son, read a good book, drink a fine glass of red wine, and overindulge in cheese. I'm a true Midwesterner! My past background is in property management/rental properties, renovation, and restoration of older homes. I grew up working on properties with my family as our family business along with beef farming. Before starting my real estate career in 2004, I purchased my own homes to remodel/restore and managed my own rental properties which I still have today. We also enjoy restoring an old home from time to time. Our last 3 projects were all in Fountain City, Wi. My husband and I started the "Great River Road Inns" which is being run by new owners now. These beautiful older homes that founded our communities need preservation and restoration to endure there next several generations. My husband and I own the "Golden Frog Restaurant and Saloon and The Lily Pad" in Fountain City, Wi. My husband man's that "ship" and we have a wonderful team of long-term employee's. Seller reviewWas willing to listen to our concerns about the property. Things we weren't willing to give on she did not harp on but worked with them in the deal and did not complain. We felt she had our best interest in mind and implemented them in the closing. VERY SATISFIED!!!! Did good for us. She was willing to listen to our concerns and why they were important to us. We talked about the kind of neighbors we would like to live next us. JOB WELL DONE!!!! She completed the sales of several properties for us in a manner that was EXCELLENT.

Seller reviewSarah is an amazing realtor and person. She knows her market very well, and after our initial meet, I felt I could put all trust in her. Sarah never misses a beat through the whole process. Ever time I felt I should get ahold of her with this or that she would beat me too it. As long as Sarah is an active agent and covers the area I am selling or buying, I will be using her. Sarah will be straight with you. No sugar coating. Sometimes she would suggest improvements to the home where needed and steer me away from areas that were unimportant to the potential buyers. I didn't always listen ( cause I'm a guy and we do that sometimes) but I fully understood why she was suggesting or recommending things. She was always right, by the way. So if you happen to be in the market for a top notch realtor, I cannot recommend Sarah enough. She is intelligent, knows her market extremely well and stays on top of the ever changing market, communicates very well, and is also a great listener. Sarah will keep you updated on everything, and keeps everything rolling smoothly behind the curtain. She listens very well to what you are saying or asking, and does everything in her power to achieve your wishes. As a person, Sarah is as real as it gets. Sarah actually has a strong desire to achieve what you want to achieve. There are some in her field that are fakes, and to me anyway, is as unappealing as it gets. I can attest to the fact that Sarah is polar opposite of fake. She is as real as real gets. To me that is very important. She's also sincere, honest, kind, like-able, very business like, but with a blend of wit and humor which made this sale fun. I've had plenty of sales over the years and I cannot recall the word fun being associated with any of them. Some were ok, but I can't say fun. In my opinion, Sarah is everything you could ask for in representing a seller/buyer on such a major event of your life. Century 21 is extremely fortunate to have her, and we, as sellers and buyers are lucky to have her in our corner too. In the end I feel Sarah simply will get the job done for you without the mistakes, pain or drama sometimes associated to her field. And when you wrap everything up and look back, you may also say: That was actually a real pleasant experience! Thanks so much Sarah for everything! Jan
