Sarah's tenacity to find our dream home was nothing short of amazing. After we presented a losing bid on one home Sarah was able to secure us our REAL dream home (next door to lost bid home) before it even hit the market. Sarah did an outstanding job for me and my wife in a selling our home. After our initial meetings with Sarah, we quickly developed a plan which culminated in the sale of our home in a short amount of time. After listing our home, we had approximately 5 offers within the same week. Also, we closed on an amount that the home was listed for.
