We purchased this same home from SARAH MEHRAB as the realtor 5 years ago and was so pleased, when it came time to sell, we called her and was extremely satisfied.

Seller reviewFrom start to finish Sarah Mehrab was a true professional. She took charge on day one. She knew exactly what needed to done to make the house have the highest value. She went out and met my handyman and they discussed different ways to improve the house. She even had her husband go out and fix something that I couldn't find anyone else to do. As far as it being appraised, which made my stress level go through the roof, Sarah had all recent sales figures in the area to supply to the appraiser which led to it being appraised for 25% over my expectations and also quite a bit over asking price. Sarah has helped my family purchase 2 houses and sell 1 in the past. None of them were ever easy but she made it look easy. We definitely appreciate Sarah Mehrab!
