Personal Profile

My career & personal investment experiences separate me from other Real Estate agents, to help you with your real estate transaction. I am from North Idaho; with 20 years of experience buying, selling, and managing my own investment/rental properties, I provide customer service from a customer's perspective. Not all agents have personal experience buying/selling their own properties, to understand the customer side of a transaction. I do. I provide full-service real estate support /customer service to get my clients the best deal, in the shortest time, with the least amount of hassle. My 25 years of environmental compliance & regulation experience is an advantage for real estate transactions. I was an asbestos inspector, public drinking water system manager, HAZMAT technician/specialist for CalEPA working meth lab remediation, superfund site cleanups (lead & hazard waste) & was a statewide emergency responder. As a hydrogeologist, I analyzed test pit geology for drinking water wells & septic systems; analyzed community water supplies, and performed Phase I /II ESA (environmental site assessments) for real estate transactions.

  • Seller review
Sarah did a great job from beginning to the end. She went above what I expected from an agent. I would absolutely recommend her
  • Seller review
She really came through for us. It's been a tough year and its nice to work with someone who is both compassionate and good at maintaining a stiff upper lip. Any company that has Sarah Scott on their team will be lucky to have her as an employee. I couldn't be happier with the job that she did!
  • Seller review
Sarah did an excellent job pricing and photographing the condo for sale. It sold within days for over asking price.
