Buyer reviewAs a buyer of a home Sarah is the perfect agent. She knows the area, and will work tirelessly for you. She will point out things to use for negotiation and will convince the seller of what you want, not tell you what the seller is willing to do. That is very uncommon. Most agents do what I call "selling to the lowest common denominator" What is the most the buyer will pay and what is the least the seller will take? NOT SARAH. She represented what I wanted and convinced the seller and the sellers agent and that was it! Great job Sarah, Let's do another one!

Then I found Sarah Stovall, she was very friendly, always helpful, and was looking out for me. Most brokers push to sell a house no matter what, but Sarah was not pushy at all. She wanted to make sure I loved it. I am glad I changed brokers and found her.

Buyer reviewSarah was awesome. She made herself available at odd hours throughout the process, and was very patient in dealing with us as first time home buyers. Her knowledge of the area and attention to detail in all the homes we viewed was indispensable for helping us to make the right decision for our first home. She never pressed us to make a decision on something that didn't feel right, and worked with us for the better part of a month until we found exactly what we were looking for. I was living out of state when we began our house search, which made the process that much more complicated. Sarah would frequently go out of her way to help us put out any fires which arose throughout the process. She even made herself available for the home inspection when neither myself nor my wife could be there. Even after closing, she continued to check up on us to make sure we were happy with the purchase, and she gave us the name of a good local contractor to help us do some renovations and remodeling work. Overall my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Sarah, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the area.
