I completed my Bachelors education in India and moved to the United States in 2001 to pursue higher education (Master degree). After I completed my highest level of education, which was Degree in Civil Engineering, I have been working as a Business Analyst and/or project manager for the past 11 years. Buyer reviewWe met Sarath when a family member was in the house buying process a few years ago. He introduced himself and since then we agreed to call him when we would be ready to buy a house. The whole process went very smooth. He was not pushy at all and would let us make our own decisions without any suggestions. Whenever we had any questions, he handled them immediately. Sometimes even during the viewing of a potential house. During the finalization he kept us up to date with every little form, change or request. Any time of day we could reach out to him, even in the weekends. He guided us straight through the buying process while keeping constant communication with our lender, lawyer and the seller's realtor.
