We cannot imagine a better home buying experience. Truly, Sarita exceeded every expectation we had of the home buying process and even when things seemed stressful, her ability to comfort logically and emotionally surpassed the responsibilities of a realtor. I would definitely entrust her again with any of our home buying or selling needs and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Not only did Sarita help with the paperwork and financial side of the purchase of our home, she helped us on the personal side of moving. The stress and emotions of being pregnant with our first child is more than enough, but add purchasing a home and moving onto that and there's potential to just feel exhausted and even hopeless at times. Sarita stepped in and helped in so many ways for us! Not only would she ask how things were going, she even helped us pack when I needed to be off my feet. She did it all with a smile on her face and joy in her spirit as well! We never felt like we were bothering or burdening her when we called with questions or concerns, her greetings and tone made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the process and was able to point out things that an inspector might call when we walked through the home, this was so we wouldn't be surprised or worried if things were flagged on the home. It helped so much to put our minds at ease and to feel like we were in the loop throughout the whole process. Every interaction we had with Sarita was pleasant and friendly, she would give us the time we needed whether it was clarifying documents, or letting us linger in our potential home to see how comfortable it was for us. She didn't rush us, she worked around our schedule, and when I did start feeling emotional or stressed about the process, Sarita comforted me with kind words and knowledge of the situation and how it was all going to be alright and that she was committed to finding us the home we wanted. Sarita took time and was incredibly attentive to each detail of this home. The morning it came on the market she reached out to me and asked if we'd be interested in walking through the home that evening after work. She was able to find a home with everything on not only our "needs" list, but as well as our "wants" list. She was familiar with the area and able to communicate with us about schools and what the neighborhood atmosphere is like. She took out all the jargon and made it easy for us to understand what terms we could negotiate for on the home as well as what the next steps would be and what potential outcomes might be. She worked around our work schedules to make handling payments for deposits, inspections, etc stress-free for us. She sent us the necessary contracts as well as helpful reminders for things that were time sensitive. We absolutely felt safe knowing that nothing was going to fall through the cracks on our end having Sarita behind the details and out paperwork.

Sarita is an excellent realtor to work with. I was so amazed that she was able to sell the house after it was only on the market for 2-3 days. She kept me up to date in a timely manner with every step during the entire process.
