Seller reviewScott Doyle did an excellent job in timing the moment to market our Villa even if it happened during a soft season. He selected a great photographer, published and advertised our house with excellent material and description. He went well above the seller's agent responsibility during the 15 showings: he personally attended the all of them making sure to fairly represent the home and the property features (club house, pool, gym, parkings, dock, common areas etc.). He asked in advance all pertinent documentation so to streamline the process down the road. Great experience with a very solid professional.
