Buyer reviewMy husband and I knew that Scott Burger not only worked in the Bayport area but aslo was a resident and that he had total knowledge of the demographics of the area and residents. Scott Burger was our agent for selling our home in Bayport and buying our new home in Riverhead. Whenever and wherever we requested to look at a property Scott was available and eager to go with us. Distance was never a concern for him. I don't think Dave and I could have asked for a better real esate agent to represent us than Scott. We have many friends who are also at a stage where they may be downsizing or looking to relocate and we would recommend Scott without hesitationt. Scott Burger made every step of the buying and selling process as easy for us as possible. He is a very knowledgable agent and handles all aspects of the process in a professional manner. Scott Burger was available to us whenever we had questions or needed advice. He was always just a phone call away. If he didn't know the answer personally, he would get the information in a timely fashion.

The focus and constant need to oversee the construction of your new home leaves very little time to monitor the sale of your old home ..... and, given the increased stress level ever-present in building a home, any stress in the sale of the old home is brutally tough to handle! With the sale of our home, there was virtually no stress. From listing to open house to contracts to closing, Scott Burger managed everything smoothly and seamlessly in a calm, professional and productive manner. I was 100% free to focus on the building of the new home - I can not imagine any better real estate agent or performance. Oh, and did I mention, the home sold quickly and for more than I expected!
