Seller reviewScott Campbell was the broker for the recent sale of our house in Livonia, MI. We had very little experience with the process before we started. Scott talked us through all the steps of the process. He helped us decide on a price which we thought was good based on local market information, and advised us on what was most important to do to help our house sell. His photos and listing were very professional, and captured the essence of the house and what made it special. Scott was always available by phone or text, and helped us through a couple rough spots when we were traveling, or had a problem with our door lock. We didn't miss a beat. We ended up with two offers, and Scott took plenty of time to help us talk through our options. In the end, the negotiations went well, as did the inspection and appraisal, and we closed on time at the right price.
