Scott just assisted me in purchasing my new home. This is the second property I've purchased with Scott, so I'm a repeat customer. We bought our property sight unseen and needed someone we could trust. We were successful largely due to Scott. He was always responsive to my calls, texts and emails. He drove long distances to the home to ensure that I was always informed. He used technology to ensure I was able to attend the walk-throughs from a distance and contacted various people on my behalf when services were required. I feel that Scott has always gone above and beyond, but I think that's just how professional he is with everyone. We have gone through a few property transactions with him and it was a pleasure because of his attention to detail, honesty and integrity. He is a wonderful agent and always has his client's best interests at the top of his list. I won't use anyone else.

Scott is a competent real estate professional. His marketing to five offers in excess of the asking price. The sales price was 14% higher than my asking price and 60% more than I paid for the property three years earlier.
