Scott is knowledge, professional, friendly, and trustworthy, a Super agent. I will recommended him and your company to others who are headed to Florida. Scott was there for us, he always call us back timely and was genuinely friendly, attentive, listened and responded to our needs, gave great perspective to our situation, helped negotiate all with a fantastic attitude and results. Seller reviewAfter we had decided to sell the condo, we were told that there were parties interested in purchasing the unit privately and advised us to pursue a private sale. When we contacted Scott Nealy and told him about our thinking of private sale, he did not try to dissuade us from this course, but offered assistance for a small fee. After a deeper consideration, we decided not to go for the private sale but to list the property for sale with Scott. Through the process of sale and closing, we have never regretted the decision.

Always on time Made sure everything was fix that I asked for when the inspection came back Always answered back quickly with all my phone calls Made follow up call to my mortgage company to get things rolling, kept very much on top of check list Keep a cool head and was polite, when the seller got crazy and belligerent, when things had to get pushed back waiting on my paperwork. Definitely can diffuse stressful situation well. All around amazing person very understanding and personable would recommend to anyone I know
