For over 20 years I have been helping families sell their home and move to their dream home here in the High Desert. I have a support staff of knowledgeable, well trained, hard-working professionals that have helped me achieve my success.I have lived and worked in the Victor Valley since 1986. I know the area well, I know the community well, and I have seen it grow and change over that time. I keep up on my education so that I have the most up-to-date information on the laws and regulations that affect buyers and sellers. I have access to the latest technology, and I use the local multiple listing service (MLS), as well as the MLS for all of Southern California, the CRMLS that serves 14 different counties of Southern California to post my sellers' homes and to search for homes for my buyers.What I find most important is my relationship with the clients that I work with. I work hard to help my clients sell their home as quickly as possible for top dollar, or find that perfect property, whether it be their dream home or an investment property. I pride myself on providing the kind of service that has gained me repeat clients over the years.

Seller reviewI have never even heard of a better realtor than Scott. Knowledgable, personable, timely, clear communicative skills, and a strong selling campaign to market to as many potential buyers as possible, are just a few of his skills that made him noteworthy. Professional, understanding, patient, and efficient are a few more adjectives I would use every time I recommend him to a friend or family member. I also encountered previous clients during the real estate process and they also reinforced my high opinions of Scott with their own positive testimonies. Scott is a trustworthy agent with years of experience who also knows how to take attractive selling pictures of your home as a bonus. With so many good things to say, I think my favorite aspect of working with Scott was that he made the process as smooth of a transition as I could dream up. I really cannot say enough about what a blessing it was to have Scott on my family's team. My only regret is that I couldn't take him with us when we moved to help us buy and sell our future homes. Seller reviewNo sense in other comments. You see my answers, EXCELLENT. I dealt with Winnie and she was a pleasure to work with. Never had a problem getting in touch with her. Excellent I like Scott from the first day I met him. He seemed honest, sincere and very helpful answering questions I never thought my house would be sold as quickly as it did. Escrow closed in about 3 weeks or a few days less than that.
