Seller reviewWe wanted someone whom we would feel comfortable sharing our personal finances with. Someone who would be honest, available, and would have our best interest in mind. We knew we would find all of these things when we chose Selena Nix with Century 21. She went above and beyond in helping us find the right home for over a year. And when we finally found "the one" we were able to close proficiently and smoothly within a matter of weeks. We will continue to refer our friends and family to Century 21 and see Selena. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills and provided us with expert advice and interpretations of any legal terms involved. Selena was not pushy in any way, unlike many real estate agents. She was very patient and never forced us to a decision. We would like to thank her and her team for everything they have done for us!

We live about 125 miles from where we were interested in purchasing property and usually made last minute plans to visit for home touring. Selena was always available, weekdays or weekends, mornings or afternoons. Selena was always quick to explain all documents that she would be sending so I was prepared in advance. Very pleasant experience from the beginning to the completion of closing on our vacation home.
