Seth, the owner and responsible broker of CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, began selling in real estate in 2008 in the middle of a real estate downturn. Freshly graduated from Black Hills State University, he had to learn how to find innovative ways of building consumer confidence, while also assisting home sellers in a difficult market. Through that process, Seth learned quickly how to develop a strong business plan and efficient marketing strategies. Quickly working to become one of the top producers at CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, he was given multiple production awards and quality service awards within the CENTURY 21 franchise. Seth was given the opportunity to purchase CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty in 2013. That same year, he was awarded the Black Hills Association of Realtors' Rising Star Award. Within his profession, Seth is president of the Black Hills Broker Council and is an active member on the board of directors for the Black Hills Association of Realtors
More importantly though, Seth is active within his community. Since 2012, he has volunteered for the Meals on Wheels program, which delivers hot meals to homebound individuals. He currently serves as past board president for the board of directors for Working Against Violence Inc., which is a non-profit that houses and/or supports victims of domestic violence. Seth is also a proud sponsor of multiple non profit events.
Seth's source of inspiration, humility, and gratitude stems from his beautiful wife, Brittany, and three awesome boys; Crosby, Wells, and Burke.

Seller reviewSeth demonstrated honest and direct feedback with options that supported not only the price value of the home but how the home would be advertised for optimum view. This home was sold right at the start of winter. We are very pleased with Seth's persistency in using all his resources and support to have a great buyer we know will take care of the home.

Seller reviewSeth Malott was very patient, had to talk me down from the ledge a few times. It was my fathers home and I live 10 hours away so he was very helpful in getting things done for me. The only trouble came by way of Wells Fargo, the buyers lender. We had to be very patient.

Buyer reviewComing from out of town with no prior knowledge of Rapid City, we needed someone to go above and beyond the call in regards to our purchase. Seth made it easy and seamless from the beginning. His communication was spot on and exactly what we needed being so far away. Seth had great local knowledge and put up with our endless questions. He arranged everything prior to us arriving to view homes and spent his Saturday with us. Then spent that Sunday with us writing an offer. We couldn't have asked for someone as knowlegable and caring. We are looking forward to working with Seth in the future should we ever have to leave our new purchase (which we LOVE)!
