Having someone with Shannan's skills was very important to us, especially during a pandemic. Shannan was patient and understanding, and really listened to us. This was important especially since there were three owners, each in three separate physical locations and each with different needs. Shannan was able to sell our home in 3 day! Since we where moving out of the area Shannan worked very hard with our other agent to make sue everything would go smooth during the whole process.
