During this time Shannon took the lead and figured out what was needed and in the best interest of everyone. If you are looking for a reliable, dedicated and hardworking agent then Shannon should be strongly considered.

Several people had recommended Shannon to us when we mentioned that we were not satisfied with our current agent. After doing a little research we found that not only was she highly recommended by everyone that had dealt with her as buyers AND sellers and her sales record was beyond commendable. Shannon was insightful and helpful in every aspect pertaining to the property we were trying to sell. Other agents had told us the odds of selling the house were bleak and hopeless. Shannon was positive from the moment we walked in her door. She took the time to explain the listing process and made us feel at ease through the entire process.

Shannon was great!! We moved out of the area before selling our house and she was always reachable by phone or email and knew exactly what we needed to sell quickly. Our house sold within a month and all the paperwork was received in a timely manner. Shannon answered all of our questions and dealt with all of our concerns in a professional manner. Shannon helped us find and purchase our first home while I was very pregnant with our first child. It was a high pressure situation and Shannon helped us immensely. When we were ready to start looking for a bigger home (now that we have 3 busy boys), Shannon was the first person we called because she was so great the first time around. Again, during our second home purchase (and first home sale) Shannon was great during the entire process. It was the holidays and we all had a LOT going on, but Shannon was there the whole way through. She advocated for us during the long waiting periods and made sure everything was on track.
