Buyer reviewMy wife and I were completely satisfied with the service Shannon provided from start to finish. My wife and I viewed at least 30 houses with Shannon. She NEVER got discouraged as I probably would have. She was always positive that we would find the right house that we were looking for. There were many nights and weekends that she should have been with her family but she was out with us showing houses, She stayed in constant contact and when a new house came on market she was there with a text or phone call. Her Knowledge of the Knoxville market and her devotion to her job was amazing. I would strongly recommend her to family and friends.

Seller reviewShannon Simpson ended up as my realtor by chance, or maybe luck. Shannon responded to an email i had sent from the century 21 website for a realtor that is a friend of a friend, she offered to get me in touch with him but I was impressed with her prompt response and suggestions. After talking to her on the phone I decided to move forward with the process. I am living in Alaska so I had to trust Shannon with a lot of things during the sale of my house, she always responded to my questions in a timely manner which was a huge relief. Shannon got the house listed and had some fantastic pictures taken, in no time at all there where several showings and many views online. Shannon did an amazing job communicating the options, laying out what I needed to do with each step of the process. If I asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she would find out and get right back to me. This was the first house that I've sold and Shannon was the main reason it went so smoothly. I would and have recommended her to my friends in Knoxville.
