Buyer reviewSharon is awesome at what she does. She absolutely does her homework on any house you plan on looking at and she is constantly updating you and working hard for you. She has a great understanding the the Culpeper area layout and a great understanding of the surroundings. We started off just on a whim wanting to sell our house. Before we knew it she had it on the market and brochures being sent everywhere. In today's market ( dealing with COVID-19 ). We were able to sell our house and buy a new house all within two months. We actually closed on both sales the same day!! The amount of effort she gives can not be duplicated. We are very happy and grateful for having Sharon on our side.
