New Bern became my home in 2006. It was a pleasure to learn about all New Bern had to offer through my parents who retired here in 1995. With each visit, it became harder and harder to return to my home in Alexandria, VA. After a career in pest control, real estate and property renovations, everything came together and I jumped at the opportunity to move to New Bern. Sharon has been an extraordinary Realtor on not just 245 Bennett Rd but on my property on 452 Lynch's Beach Rd which presented unforeseen hiccups that I had not experience or well versed in and she guided me through that process flawlessly as well as recommendations. Throughout the entire process, she was available, supportive and ready and willing to assist in any way possible. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge; locally and personally. She provided real life experiences that assisted my decision process. She is not a Realtor who pushes a sale just to close the deal.
