She was so friendly and kind It is really hard to come up with Compliments. but, Sharon Spohn was just an awesome agent. She just took me step by step and I hardly had to do a thing.. She made it So easy. It's usually easier to write a Complaint.. but, I have NONE .. thanks to Sharon Spohn and Century 21, Sharon made the Closing So Easy .. for both parties. She made sure the Bank Deposit ... was Timed perfectly. Sharon had all the papers and signing ready, then the day of Closing Sharon helped guide me through that.

She handled everything professionally, helped me find charities that came and removed everything we wanted and gave it to needy people. My father's condo sale was involved in an estate, she was very patient with dealing with the courts of Pinellas County. Went out of her way to make sure the buyer was well aware of all that was going on, the delays, resigning contracts, etc. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone that needs to sell real estate, She did everything and beyond our expectations.
