I have worked with Century 21 over the past 23 years in Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Northern Snohomish Counties. I have only worked with the Century 21 office in Skagit County since obtaining my license as their Name is recognized world-wide. I love working all areas of Skagit County as it offers activities for all life styles with outdoor sports, camping, fishing, skiing, hiking and yet room to just sit and enjoy the beauty that is all around you. In the years that I have sold Real estate with Century 21 I have earned sales recognition in all the Top Producer sales divisions. I enjoy assisting buyers to settle into their new home and neighborhood as well as sellers move to a new home or to a new life in a different area. As a Realtor I strive to offer the very best service to my clients and through the years....many have become great friends.

WHEN A PERSON COMES and tells what they want and the price ...Sharon listened and did not push further higher costing......my experience with realitors in PAST they listen and push what you do not ask for..I WAS IMPRESSED...... SHARON WORKS WITH ANITA AND IF SHARON WAS ON VACATION ANITA WAS THERE...SHE IS GREAT TOO.....ANY TIME....THEY BOTH ARE COMITTED AND I REALLY FELT THEY WERE THERE FOR ME AND NOT JUST THE COMMISSION.....thank you to both Sharon and anita... While looking for a home in the area, my family had Sharon Stokes as an agent to show them around..That sale did not progress and we decided to use her for the future purchase we were searching for.. She was very knowledgeable and we had a good result with her. This was important since we were dealing long distance from Illinois..Sharon was very available for any questions and always took the time to explain things or find out what we needed to know. We are very impressed with her ability to handle the transaction as well as any complications that might come up.. Glad to have it done..and very thankful for the help and good communication ...even over 2,000 miles away.. Sharon not only helped with the purchase of our home but also helped with local information.. I am very impressed with her..and so very glad to have had the chance to purchase a home with her help and support and knowledge..
