I am a full time REALTOR® who believes in customer service. It is my desire that each of my clients feel like they are the only client I have. I have been in the real estate industry since 1995. Originally from Texas, my husband and I moved to Enterprise, Alabama in 2003. I have grown to love Enterprise and now call Alabama my home…which is something for a Texas girl to say. I truly love lower Alabama and I know you will love it too. I am very active in my local and state REALTOR® Associations. In 2016, I had the honor of serving as the Alabama Association of REALTORS® State President. With membership of over 15,000 strong, my time of service meant I had to depend on other members of my Century 21 Regency Realty team. It was a little difficult for me because I am a "hands on" REALTOR®. When asked why I served, since it was a volunteer position, it was because of my love for my industry. How could I not give back to the industry that I loved so very much? I truly enjoyed my time of service, meeting so many wonderful REALTORS® across the state, but was never happier than when I could dive back into my own business again. I believe with things always changing, it is important that I stay knowledgeable about my industry and the changes that take place on a regular basis. Education and keeping up to date is big. I have my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) & GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. I am certified with USAA to help their members in their relocation process. With over 20 years of experience, I still enjoy meeting new people and find each day exciting and rewarding. In this business, experience truly does matter. Buyer reviewMy husband and I knew we were going to move to this area in February for flight school. On a whim I googled realtors in Enterprise and came across Shawn. We sent her an email and within the hour had already gotten a response, from day one she was ontop of everything and had never even met us as we still lived in Tennessee. Being in a different state communication was key to our home buying process and she was always available, even with our hectic schedules of being a nurse and service member. If I could rate Shawn as better than excellent I would, I have never met any other realtor more respectful or genuinely kind. We will absolutely recommend her to any and all people we know moving to the area!
