I led the Paducah Board of Realtors in units sold in 2014 and the entire Western Kentucky area in 2015 and 2016. Seller reviewShea showed us homes in Paducah when we moved from FL. He was a wealth of information and could guide us to a local person/company for any of our needs. He always "knows a guy" for any project or task. He also helped in the same way when we needed things done after the sale of the Paducah one 7 years later to help transition our move by recommending a moving company when we stated we didn't know of any in the area. He sold our house within 2 days of listing with 6 bids over the asking price. He was quick to answer any of our questions. We were very pleased with his services. Thanks for everything Shea!!

Seller reviewWe worked with Shea purchasing and selling our home. We looked at several homes but nothing really impressed us. Once we found that home that blew us away, I immediately texted Shea and told him this is the one. The next morning we were there viewing the house and making a offer. By the end of day, we had our home. Selling our home was the next phase. We have several of showings and a couple of days we had a offer. Shea always kept us in the loop of things. I always knew what was going on.
