Shelley cares about all details that concern her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure the transactions go smoothly regarding the details in her control. She was willing to assist us in decision making process regarding price and terms of purchase. We greatly appreciated her help in this area. In addition, Shelley worked well with the attorney we use. She kept us informed of all necessary communications regarding the purchase. The home we purchased was special to us because it is currently our vacation home. It will be our retirement home in the future. We had very specific wish list items, including the home being in one specific neighborhood. Shelley kept in close contact with us as she showed us homes in this neighborhood for 3 years. We looked at many homes in different price ranges to help us understand what we could get in that neighborhood for our money. Shelley was patient with us and we found a home that is perfect for us! We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Shelley Andrade.

Shelley Andrade did an excellent job for us. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. She was on top of things from start to finish. Always keeping me in the loop and answering the many questions I had. She was very patient while waiting until we could get the house on the market. In the end she had the house sold in less than two weeks. She handled all the details and made the sales process seamless. I would highly recommend Shelley Andrade to anyone looking for a true professional who went above and beyond for us.

Shelley was great to work with. We weren't from the area so local (town) and school district knowledge was very important to us, and Shelley still is providing us that. We found a for sale by owner, and feeling uneasy about the price point, she prepared comps for our review. We purchased the house just under asking, and the overall process was smooth sailing!!!

Shelley was recommended to us by our previous realtor. I had met with a few other realtors and once I met Shelley I felt instantly comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She would give us her opinion but also allowed us to form our own thoughts and opinions without pressuring us one way or the other. Shelley was very responsive with all our questions. We can't say enough good things about her and would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.

After meeting with Shelley it was abundantly clear that she knew the area very well and asked all the questions to gain an exceptional understanding of who we were as a couple and what we were looking for in a home. She was honest, forthright, direct, and absolutely wonderful in our first meeting. Her flexibility and willingness to drop everything to check out another home made me loyal to her immediately. I will never work with any other agent other than her for as long as I live in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
