Because of our unusual circumstances this home buying experience was a very stressful and forced one, but the minute that we met with Shellie in her office, we recognized her professional manner and knew we had made the correct decision to have her as our agent for this home purchase. We gave her our time and cost constraints and trusted her to find something that we could afford and enjoy living in for our remaining years. The second place Shellie found for us was a perfect fit. We were provided with a 5-acre home with a storage building that would accommodate all our farm equipment and household items that we had to relocate from the ranch. Through the following days of price negotiations and property inspections Shellie's communication skills were a giant asset in dealing with the seller, the seller's agent, and with the inspection contractors as she brought the property sell price down to a number that we could afford. Her preparation for Closing was knowledgeable as she helped us chose a Home Warranty Plan and guidance with the utility change over. Closing took about ten minutes and we walked out of the title office as owners of a new final home and a clean and clear Warranty Deed.

Shellie was very understanding and listened to all my concerns and needs
