I'm a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. When I first spoke with Shelly I asked her to explain to me what the benefits of having an agent are. I honestly don't remember everything she said but I was impressed with her immediate and detailed explanation of what she does and how it benefits me as a buyer. Needless to say I decided to choose her as my agent. After finding a home I wanted she walked me through the steps we needed to take from start to finish.
