Shelly was referred to me from a colleague/friend who was also relocating to TN. With prior experience buying and selling homes in both FL and NM I had low expectations of a realtor, especially since I wasnt located in TN. Shelly surpassed my expectations and went far above and beyond anything I've every experience or heard others outstanding realtors doing. Shelly made searching for a home remotely extremely easy. Often doing the initial leg work for me. We established a great rhythm in that I'd provide a list of property, she'd researched and often visit for me and provide an overview in comparison to my ideal property. When I came into town Shelly was extremely efficient and had no boundaries on her time to spend with me. She organized the property to maximize the day, accommodated my meeting obligations, helped me recap property visited that day and often worked late into the evening acquiring additional information for me, putting in offer and planning for the next day updating route with any new criteria I came up with from the days viewings. From the onset and due to the real estate frenzy I communicated early on to Shelly that I was looking for a needle in a haystack. My time period was flexible. Shelly was not deterred and worked just as hard for me as if I needed a home immediately. Shelly was extremely organized in all her clients. She never pushed me aside to work with other clients that had shorter timeframe than I did. Rather than discourage me from my enormous list of property she continually reminded me that we would find my needle in a haystack. Shelly has a wonderful demeanor and always kept my requirements in mind and gently redirected me when I strayed due to discouragement. Shelly did EVERYTHING for me and literally held my hand in the entire buying process. This was greatly appreciated. Whenever I mentioned any frustration; such as the initial mortgage company Shelly pulled out her hat rack and served as therapist, listing to my venting; changed to professional in providing options; than to researcher finding me options; to parent in helping me make the connection and meet requirements in getting all the mortgage stuff done. A daunting process was made so easy thanks to Shelly and her outstanding customer service and never ending energy level to work to clients realistic and unrealistic wants/needs and downright craziness. Thank you! Shelly was outstanding and I recommend her to everyone considering moving. My experience was beyond anything I could have every expected that in preparing my Will I intend to list Shelly as the agent who'll list the property if my family decides to sell. I've made this wish known to my family and in the event Shelly is no long in the field I list the Century 21 Legacy Knoxville she's linked to as the Realtor Company that will handle the sell of my property. Shelly was very accommodating with our limited time availability. She made herself available when we could be in town and worked hard at getting us appointments at all the properties we wanted to look at.
